Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of strydertech.com (the "Site") and the IT support, automation, and repair services provided by Stryder Tech LLC ("Stryder Tech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.
2. Our Services
Stryder Tech provides IT support, automation, computer repair, and related technology services to businesses and home users, delivered remotely and on-site. The specific scope, deliverables, schedule, and price for any engagement are set out in a separate quote, work order, or written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
3. Quotes, Fees & Payment
- Quotes are estimates based on the information available and may change if the scope or condition of the work differs from what was described.
- Fees, rates, and payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due [[on receipt / within 14 days]].
- Late payments may incur a [[reasonable late fee / interest]] as permitted by law. We may pause or suspend work on past-due accounts.
- Diagnostic, callout, or deposit fees, where they apply, will be disclosed before work begins.
4. Your Responsibilities
- Back up your data. You are responsible for maintaining current backups before any service. We take reasonable care, but you accept the risk of data loss inherent in repair and configuration work.
- Provide accurate information and timely access to the systems, accounts, premises, or credentials needed to perform the work.
- Have the legal right to authorize work on any device, network, account, or software you ask us to service.
- Use the Site and services lawfully and not to infringe others' rights or disrupt the Site's operation.
5. Appointments & Cancellations
Please give us reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. [[State your cancellation/no-show policy, e.g. 24 hours' notice; fees for missed on-site visits.]]
6. Third-Party Products & Services
We may recommend, install, or configure third-party hardware, software, or cloud services. Those products are governed by their own manufacturers' or providers' terms and warranties. Stryder Tech is not the manufacturer and does not provide warranties on third-party products beyond any we expressly state in writing.
7. Warranty & Disclaimer
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry standards. [[State any limited workmanship warranty you offer, e.g. 30 days on labor.]] Except as expressly stated, the Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stryder Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stryder Tech and its owners and personnel from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its content, design, logos, and the Stryder Tech name, is owned by Stryder Tech LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission. Any custom scripts, configurations, or deliverables we create for you are governed by your engagement agreement.
11. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement as described in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [[Maryland]], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [[Maryland / county]], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
